The first line treatment for any type of comedonal acne (blackheads or whiteheads) is either 0.1% adapalene or 0.05% tretinoin gel. It would too soon and unnecessary to go for accutane for such moderate condition.

I will just where would you apply the gel? Only on nose or whole face?

It should applied only on the specific area that u need (never the whole face), once daily and preferably at night. You’ll start to see improvements within the first month and the treatment should be completed by the 12th week.

I did it, one quick question if I have acne around my mouth are should it be applied there too?

Thx. Yes u can but avoid the lips and the inner edge of the mouth, also make sure to use only a thin layer

then what should you do for completely clear skin and getting rid of redness trent or azelaic acid

Don't go to Accutane if you haven't tried prescription retinoids try tret and adapalene and a obviously cleanser that matches your skin type if they don't work its better to go take Accutane instead of trying any other oral medication waste of money and time dont damage your skin more
