I’m playing football next year, going for the tight end position so I need to pack on weight

Currently like 155 and 6’2. Undersized.

What’s worked for you guys in putting on weight?

istg so many shit on it in this forum idk why, mk677 worked so well for me similiar build to you, simulates ghrelin which is the hunger hormone

Definitely gonna give it a go once I get the funds for it, though it’s practically a meme drug at this point, gassed up by TikTokcels claiming it does more shit than it really can :lul:

i know thats probably the reason so many hate it bc tiktokcels act like its as good as tren or sarms

By bulking and build muscles with compound movements
Using shakers & smoothies to increase daily calories intake

Shakes are the way as I’ve seen. Stupid easy method to get macros down quick

How much were you able to gain on MK?
probably close to an extra pound or pound and a half of muscle per month, as compared to natural, helps with the actual eating part as well

why not play wr? tight end is for incels
I got terrible hands honestly, blocking would be my main thing

Plus every lanklet coming into the team is going for WR, as theres no JV right now.

Yeah i've seen dudes putting their creatine, carbs, proteins, and fat in the same shaker.. Easier than eating a whole chicken

nah i got it from strate labs bc it has third party testing, though i've heard good things about swisschems

All of them are below 6ft lol. Me and my younger brother (same height) are joining next year, and will be the tallest guys on the team
