i'd say the easiest way to "defeat" it, is to find a way to stimulate your sex-driven hormones in healthier ways, basically try to attain oxytocin by non-platonic interactions with women, that way, the dopamine rewarded is legitimate and at a reasonable amount, that's what worked for me at least
