There are certain states they won't ship to. I don't know if it's legal, but they ship to the US. There even used to be suppliers in the US and nothing has changed with regard to the legality of the substances since then. You could also learn to use darknet markets.

yeah they're decriminalized, so not 100% legal but you can't get in trouble. You need to be 21 to get into the store, they ID you like a club does.
