Today was a good day for me

Been successful and will celebrate my productivity by having a browse on my favourite forum jfl

While there I ran 5 rounds of 200 m sprints and did reverse grip pull ups for forearms at the outdoors workout park

I drank 1 liter of milk afterwards 🤤

I’m down to 82 kg, maybe the leanest I’ve ever been, I feel very agile and swift now

Today I have only eaten 6 eggs, 800ml of milk and right now I will eat 3-4 chicken pizzas, I think it will take years to build muscle with slenderman proportions

On of the best split for building strength ans bulking in my opinion, although

Day 1: upper body power
Day 2: lower body power
Day 3. Rest
Day 4: pull hypertrophy
Day 5:legs hypertrophy
Day 6: push hypertrophy
Day 7: rest

Is even better (a mix of upper lower split and push-pull-legs) imo

Cheers man, so far been doing phat for a little while and the strength gains are insane which will inevitably lead to much higher hypertrophic potential sooner or later, gonna take gym hella serious as soon as I get access to my lovely gym back at home, but for now we making use of 4x weekly full body w dumbells while I’m on vacation :)
