The MUSTS for me are
1- ccw Bimax + Genio
2-Rhinoplasty + Canthoplasty + fat grafts to the upper eyelid

If this goes well I might add:
Custom infra orbital malar + supra orbital

There are other surgeries in my list (like lip lift, nasal implants, jaw) but I'm not sure if I need them or not, I'll see after I consult wheetwaffles/face iq

Are you new here? I'd just like to point out that 8.5 is almost non existent, not even models reach that rating and even people who fo get all surgeries will still not even come close to that rating
What rating are you currently?
I'm currently 3.75-4 psl, I'm expecting at MOST 5.75 and that's very ambitious considering everything goes right
