How different is the effectiveness between topical tretinoin and accutane?

I'm pretty sure Accutane is better but before some slavic melon slurper tells me "just google brah", I'm also looking for personal testimony. Wondering if anyone noticed a major difference switching from retinols/tret to accutane (or if anyone here uses both).

but also they dont have the same purpose entirely.
accutane is specifically for reducing sebum, tretinoin increases cell turnover rate, collagen synthesis and skin quality in general.

in combination theyre basically perfect skincare in terms of acne and skin texture.
i use EpiDuo, azelaic acid and 60mg accutane personally.

Already did the research and saw that Accutane targets more and is more effective. I just want to see how it has worked for some people on here as some people here do things differently from studies

rentinols are so much better cuz it’s targeted to only your face

Topical Tret (0.025) has worked fantastically for me, I saw amazing results after about 6 weeks. If ur face isnt a fucking oil pool, stick with Tret.

Accutane is probably to gold standard for every tye of acne treatment, best out of every drug.
I pair it with hydroquinone (4 percent) to get rid of scars and some OTC stuff
