How do average people cope?

It's shocking to me how someone with no reedimable feature, be it their face, height, dick or body doesn't feel suicidal and about to kill themselves. How they have drive and motivation to continue in this life? With so much suffering for decades...

Honestly, today I woke up with 0 collagen, dry, saggy, flaky skin, ratios are off, messed up trash hair from accutane, burnt down undereye and fat pads from tretinoin, too skinny... basically subhuman tier but arguably u can say even like that it can be considered average... but I feel like crap. I would kill myself instantly the day i see i cant look nice anymore...

tbh only reason i still didnt do it is because I'm 6'1 and muscular so any clothes look good on me. I'm usually facefrauding with hat and sunglasses or facial mask
