Is there any way to bonesmash rhe chin safely i need like 2-3 mm projections to be more ideal does anyone know how long it will take with bs and how to do it safely.

Is there any way to bonesmash rhe chin safely i need like 2-3 mm projections to be more ideal does anyone know how long it will take with bs and how to do it safely.

Get yourself a hammer with some Vaseline. Scrunch your chin up so your chin muscles can take more impact.
Do it for about 15 minutes all around the chin.
