How do codingcels understand coding but have meh english?

how is becoming decently fluent in english more difficult than coding? i never understood this even with mathcels back in school who sucked at english

a coding language contains a very small fraction of raw information compared to a real language. If you have the intelligence, its all about how much english youve been exposed to - those guys who are bad at english most likely dont consume all of their media in english.
English = thousands of hours of exposure needed
Coding lang = a few dozen hours of memorizing and practicing information
