How do fatcels cope that eating less is harder than eating more

When it literally requires more physical effort and money to eat more food than eat less food

You have to spend money on the food and sit there and eat all of it

The only things "out of their control" is their low metabolic rate due to lack of physical activity and their struggle to not succumb to their drug-like dopamine addiction to food

Yeah, people have different caloric maintenances but they lie and cope that their metabolism is insanely "slower" than everybody elses when in reality their metabolisms be normal

But they lie and say they gain weight just by looking at food. They would lie cope and say they would still be obese even if they barely ate anything. They like to have a victim defeatist mindset

Yes, sir. Gaining weight is way harder. At least for me.
 
I lost 4kg in 5 days eating nothing but a few slices of bread with butter and salt, and sweets. And it wasn't even with the intention of losing weight. If you have the intention of losing weight you can definitely maintain a modest daily caloric deficit of 500. It's on you if you can't give up a few donuts.
 
Facts gaining weight out of eating healthy food is ridiculously hard and requires a lot of willpower cause ts could be easily lost

Going from 165 lbs to 180 lbs was pure torture. Losing weight isn't hard at all. Only thing fat niggas gotta do is put the fork down and stop slamming down goyslop.

I don’t hate fatcels. I actually emphasise with them

Food is a good cope for having a shit life.
Governments and corporations have being lying to us about nutrition for decades.
People have less time and energy to cook food at home.
What you eat can alter your brain and affect your mood.
And much more…

Is it any wonder why everyone is fat?
