How do FGFR3 inhibitors affect midface development?

Most people care about longitudinal growth when using FGFR3 inhibitors, but I think they can also affect craniofacial development which in my opinion could be much more important, but i couldnt find anything online about this, does anyone know anything about this or have any BA photos?
