recently ive been feelin pains on my thigh the front part of it and slightly on my knees, they ache really badly in the morning and the pain subsides throughout the day but i still feel a considerable amount. Could this have been caused by growth pains or something else, i dont workout legs much and havent in a couple of weeks and the only cardio i do is basketball for maybe 30 mins. im 17 and 6'1

Could be but i think the pain is usually supposed to stop on its own before even waking up

yeah thats what ive heard and theres no reason for me to be feeling any type of pain currently, so its extremely confusing since i have no idea what it is. i did some research and some ppl can still feel growth pains throughout the day i have no clue what it is tho
