I see different fitness guys on twitter who are big and jacked, they lift a lot of weights,
but they also don't eat carbs apart from fruit- no bread, no pasta etc
how the fuck do people do this? I've been doing a lot of weights and a lot of pushups, and I need a massive reload after a few days- literally just got a large pizza and pasta now because my stomach is starving of carbs I can't even concentrate on anything.
Is it something you can train yourself to do over time- cutting down and cutting down on carbs till you don't need them?
Or should I have just gone for a high protein meal now, and conditioned myself?
