Just start with the test and hgh for now dependant on age and consult with surgeons later

You’re already blessed with a good looking nose and eye area, two things that determine most of your looks facially especially the eye area since it’s the most striking and harder to work around. I’d either get fillers or some type of surgical procedure that would make your jaw pop out and look way more defined, along with a chin implant or filler. You can figure out what to do for your jawline and chin within the forum there’s many options you can choose from. Other than that lock your diet in, lean out, gym properly and as much as you can, and that’ll help you figure out whether you’ll need surgery or filler done. You look young so start with the basics but just know that if they don’t work don’t be scared to make yourself look better surgically down the line.
