Gotta stop using the frontal muscles make em extremely weak so there more low set. Also this probably won’t drastically change your brows it’s mostly genetics.

aside from surgery, you can try shaping your eyebrows to appear more positively tilted as well as botox, not much you can do man it depends on your level of brow-ridge protrusion. my brow-ridge is shit; therefore, I have negatively tilted high-set eyebrows, my little brother has a brow-ridge; therefore, he has medium-set neutral tilted eyebrows
