How do i achieve sunken cheeks and better eyes

A year ago today i weighed just over 100kg
i’m now around 73kg. i now want to stop focusing on my body and concentrate on my face area. i only have 7.2% body fat but my cheeks still seem to be very puffy. what the best way to achieve sunken cheeks. and whats the best way to
improve my eye area

It is hard to tell without any pictures especially on how to improve the face area, but congrats on getting to 7.2% body fat.

But for the eye area, I would start with your eyebrows, if they are thin, try to dye them.

Your face might seem puffy due to bloat.

LOL to have 8% you need to eat like 1000kcal and have enough muscle to compete in men's physique, just find ways to debloat like, topical isotretinoin makes your skin thinner, thiazides like diazides are mild diuretics which can make you flash out all the electrolites and water, also you can take magnesium and a bit of potatium to help with the electrolite imbalance, cut out extra salt, reduce carbs, use ice to have an accute tightening, and DO YOUR REASEARCH
