I'm confused ngl

You can use a waterline pencil to create the effect but I'm not sure if you are aware of that and wanting to know how to do it naturally?

You can just get extremely long and dark lashes if you want it naturally and there are plenty of threads on that but if you want to create it you can also use a waterline pencil very minor to create a natural appearance combine both for the best results
