I got you I asked that same question today for my eye area and some of the advice I received was Tropical minoxidil or oral minoxidil but he did advise to be smart because there might be side effects from it but if you wanted to not risk it I would just puck the tails of your brows to give off the impression of a positive canthal tilt if you have a natural one or negative one also growing out the brows while managing them would look good and a darker color goes well so maybe dye them or use a derma stamp to promote growth and for lashes use castor oil to allow them to grow more
