I usually sleep around 11pm to midnight and have my meals before an hour or so my sleep yet i find myself waking up in the middle of the night only after 3-4 hrs or sleep and then not be able to sleep afterwards, it is hindering with my performance in the gym and overall stopping me from recovering and ascending. Please help and recommend threads if you may.
