how do I actually start gaining weight

so basically ive been eating almost 3000 calories everyday and have been working out almost every day, yet im still not gaining almost any weight. im currently 13 years old (about to turn 14) and 184cm tall but im only like 60kg~

at ur height and level of activity 3000 prolly isnt enough to even be at a lean bulk
 
yeah its pretty good if u feel fine (like youve always been lean) u have wiggle room until about 12% but dont exceed that. also bro ur 13 what u really need to focus on is constant good oral posture, sleeping good, and a good diet plus keeping the gym up, cant do much else at ur age
