I have a shit old Android, but I don't think that has anything to do with it idk

It might be the codec or the format you're using.

The forum supports NVENC & x264 from my experience. Haven't tried VP8, VP9, x265, or AV1.
There's definitely a size & res requirement. Anything above 10mb has been a crapshoot. I generally resize it to ~720p via handbrake or FFMPEG.
