How do i appeal max?

What traits bring the most appeal value, ive started debloating for the last 5 months and is going pretty well, my eyebrows are thickening with the amount of different serums and methods I am using, my only huge failo is my recessed infras. When i am 18 im gonna get an under eye fat graft. What else is key for maxxing out ones appeal
