dont listen to anyone telling you to do massai jumps all fags from tik tok, ik im grey too but my old account got deleted, look dude you seem a bit young so i woulndt do an extreme diet but eat try to eat healthier foods so you take in less calories while still getting your body nutirents.

sleep atleast 8 hours (ik it sucks its the hardest bit for me too, just sit in bed for the same time everyday for 9 hours and you will get 8 hours atleast once you get into the groove, also magnesium will help you sleep quicker, make u more tired, it also makes you wake up less often throughout the night and its needed for making test i would def grab some like 80% of americans are defeinct in it.

Drink lots of water, except dont drink any or much 1-2 hours before bed so you dont wake up in the night and make sure to stay active wether its a sport or just going ot the gym. Also sleep on your back. sleeping on your side or stomach can cuase asymmetry due to fluid build up on one side of your face and obviously rubbing your face on the pillow will cuase acne as you sweat on it throughout the night and each day it builds more and more.

Okay ik this is alot and you can do more extremes once you implement these but you still want more results But dude seriously grab some chapstick, i recommend trying a tinted chapstick like pomegrant burnt bees or red vaseline for coloring.
