You already look pretty good, i would say that you should let your hair grow more, get a better haircut and dye ur eyebrows a little darker or simply try castor oil in them too.
I do not think you should dye your hair or anything like that, your red hair looks great, however your eyebrows would look better if they were thicker/more visible
