How do i ascend as a grey MTN

Grey needs help, i'm 5'7 at 17 with a decent frame, facial structure and hair. I just feel like i've capped at MTN and have no clue what to do in order to ascend in terms of facial structure, height or muscle. Any advise on what to do, i never know wether any of these online methods are bullshit or actually help people ascend.
