you can’t spot reduce fat without injectables so just lose body fat generally

you’re probably hltn you would need to get surgery to be considered above average in my opinion

Can't really tell 100% but the problem isn't fat. The problem is the short ramus and and the recessed chin/jaw area. Atleast in terms of your side profile. When it comes into the front profile im pretty bad at anylizing that stuff.
