Nose (Ok from front,huge from side)
Bloating (skinny fat,only store fat in face)
Dark circles
Pale

What surgeries or softmaxxes do I do to atleast score some ltb before I rope

why would you ever rope? You’re saveable by only softmaxxing, plus your 6’5!!!

Gymmaxx, Tretinoin for skin, rhinoplasty, get the unwanted fat pads removed through surgery (if willing to pay the price in your late adulthood) and minox on eyebrows.

With surgeries very probable, but with professional surgeons behind the wheel ofc, rhino, zygomatic implants and corrective jaw surgery could work but I’m not sure since I can’t quite tell from your side profile if there’s significant recession

Slightly recessed but I'm definitely getting diy filler,genioplasty and rhino maybe even buccal fat removal.. even if I somehow reach mtn..would be a bonus if I go beyond mtn to hmtn
