Other than rhino, cuz I’m planning on doing that alr, I’ve also been on a cut from 70 kilo to 66,8 kilo and I’m going down lower, so what else can I do to ascend other than cutting and rhino

If you know what you’re doing you can get away with roids without any side effects.

and no, this doesn't apply to everyone. people can still get Organ strain, Psychological effects, Infertility, sure for some people they won't have sides etc, but there will be people who still have sides even if done right.

I recommend you grow your hair out, it would most likely frame you face better; it would also make your ears look less laterally projected (they aren’t actually bad, the short sides give the illusion of them being bad).

Your eyelashes are near non existent, i recommend you work to improve them. You could experiment with applying castor oil nightly, it’s show to make good improvements. In the short term you could apply subtle mascara and curl them. Eyelashes are underrated, they frame your eyes well.

Same routine for your eyebrows too, castor oil nightly, possibly use a derma roller too. Mascara would help darken them and give the illusion of density in the short term.

You’ve got some noticeable upper eyelid exposure, the eyelashes would solve this issue.

Your upper lip lacks size, you could get a small amount of filler to add some volume.

Idk what your teeth look like, but if they have any yellowing you could use crest whitening strips you can’t go wrong with them tbh.

Track your food on an app called “cronometer” for one week, eat just as you normally would. Every day take a screenshot of the micronutrients you consumed; this will help you identify nutrients you are consistently deficient in (if any). Supplement the things you miss out on. This will aid development

Idk if you’re doing skincare atm, but your skin quality is decent. Make sure to use spf every so you don’t age like shit.

Keep working out bc the gym is NOT cope, higher muscle mass is a male dimorphic trait and will increase how attractive you are.

Apply tanning drops to you face conservatively (don’t overdo it you don’t want to be orange), it’ll improve your general colouring you’re a tad pale.

Cutting and a rhino like you mentioned are good ideas too btw.

Very very very rare. 99% of people who do roids with the right dosages and with the right ancillaries and with the right frequency will be fine

u can even spend good long times until ur protein synthesis changes etc...But if u already know that ur genetics are shit just use some roids + the right training lol
A great workout with low doses can simply work miracles.

i've seen your comment saying you're 16. just let puberty play it's course. You're skin quality's fine. Unless you wanna start pinning LOL
