First of all, you have a good base to work with. You have green / blue eyes, thick & dark hair, and a relatively clear skin. But, you’re pretty chubby and you don’t look like you take care of yourself.I’m 15 years old, and have recently realized the importance of looks in my life. I want to look better but have no idea where to start, and was hoping I could get some advice.

You did nothing wrong. He's just a dickWhat did I do??

Not through thumb pulling or anything like that. Orthodontic appliances would still work on you considering you’re 15. You need to have an orthodontist determine which appliances instead of listening to niggas on this forum though. Other than this, it’s really only surgery. Is there ways to fix maxilla/chin recession without hardmaxing? FYI many people in the forum end up wanting to hardmax eventually, so get ready for that possibility lol

also @goobermeister mark this thread here the solution by clicking on the right checkmark on the right to make it greenYou really have a downgrown or flat maxilla + recessed chin also negative/ neutral canthal tilt.
I think you should hardmax + get some surgery + do some chin tucks/ neck curls to raise your hyoid. Chew on hard things or gums to help with your ccw rotation
also you can gymmax to reduce your insecurities on your face by having a amazing body
mark as the solution with the right checkmark on the right
Proper toungue postureI’m 15 years old, and have recently realized the importance of looks in my life. I want to look better but have no idea where to start, and was hoping I could get some advice.

Thank you so much, although I have another question, can you obtain forward growth/fix a recessed chin without any orthodontic treatmentsand appliances?First of all, you have a good base to work with. You have green / blue eyes, thick & dark hair, and a relatively clear skin. But, you’re pretty chubby and you don’t look like you take care of yourself.
Start with the basics. You should be looking for threads on pubertymaxxing in order to squeeze as much as you can out of puberty. That involves nutrition, sleep, exercise, etc.
Start lifting weights. Do sports, preferably with friends to make it enjoyable. Ensure your diet is high in protein and has a sufficient amount of fats. No need for excessive carbs, especially because being fat during development is not an ideal scenario for many reasons.
Get leaner. I do not recommend aggressive calorie deficits during puberty. Ideal body fat percentage during puberty to maintain definition without affecting your development would probably be around 12-15%. Anything higher or lower wouldn’t really be ideal.
Take care of your skin. I won’t recommend isotretinoin just yet because there’s a very tiny risk of it affecting growth plates, so for now start using either tretinoin or adapalene. Your skin will probably get much worse in the next 2 ish years, so you’ll want to use isotretinoin eventually.
Apply 5% topical liquid minoxidil on your eyebrows every night. Your eyebrows are currently thin and sparse, so your eye area would benefit from denser, darker eyebrows.
Shave your facial hair. It doesn’t suit your face and won’t for a while. Wait until you’re 17-19 to let it grow.
Optionally use preservative-free Lumify eye drops if your eyes tend to be red, though ideally you’d want to figure out why your eyes are red in the first place.
Start using either castor oil or a lash serum on your eyelashes. I don’t recommend bimatoprost for several reasons, although some may disagree with me because of how effective it is. FYI do not apply minoxidil on your eyelashes JFL
Find a hairstyle that could suit you better. Your hair seems messy, almost as if you don’t care about it. I can’t tell you what looks better because you’re holding your hair up in the pictures.
Consider orthodontic appliances if necessary. Go to an orthodontist to figure out what you might need, if you suspect you have any issues. 15 is pretty much your last window to use these appliances before they become less effective.
This is just about everything I could spit out in a few minutes. This will already do a significant amount for your looks. You can consider surgical procedures or PEDs in the next few years if you’d like.
If this answered your questions, feel free to mark this as the solution![]()
No, nothing you can do yourself or with some sort of exercise / movement. You can get filler done there if you’d like to mask the issue before you are able to get surgery done or use any appliances, but that might have its own issues. You can even DIY itThank you so much, although I have another question, can you obtain forward growth/fix a recessed chin without any orthodontic treatmentsand appliances?

@Orka would know if this is a good idea or not, though I think I know what he’s gonna say lol
