I’m trying to genuinely improve my appearance and presence but I don’t want to touch steroids, peptides, or anything that messes with hormones long-term. I’m looking for actual high-impact changes that move the needle, not surface-level stuff.

For context:

  • Im white
  • Just started training at home (no gym)
  • Diet is relatively clean but could be optimised
  • Sleep is inconsistent
  • 6'3, skin is good but im lowkey skinny af
What I want:
  • The biggest “ascension” factors that are still natural
  • Things that noticeably improve facial aesthetics (bone structure appearance, skin, eyes, etc.)
  • Body changes that actually translate to attractiveness, not just gym numbers
  • Any overlooked habits or optimisations that separate average from top tier
Not interested in:

  • Generic advice everyone repeats
  • Unrealistic or cope takes
If you’ve seen real results or know what actually works at a high level, I’d appreciate it.

Lose fat
Fix skin
Do cardio/ get sun/ nose breathe/ eat clean
Find the right style (hair, facial hair, clothing)
Fraud (insoles, shoulder pads, contact lenses)

That’s it really can’t think of much else

Start the gym, training at home takes too much time to show results
You can read threads about maxing your eyelashes, brows, etc.
If skin is your biggest failo accutane will certainly help
Just go to BOTB and scroll jfl it's not that hard

Why are you on this forum if you won’t do what it takes to improve?

Sun light is one of the if not the most important, sleep, diet, stress, and some Softmaxxs. peptides most of the time have shitty results and worse side effects, no amount of roids or any of that bs will get u to look like a top model ( they are just born like that, none of them took shit to get to where they are) most people on gear look like shit anyway and it fucks up ur body long term. Surgery is the best option to genuinely ascend

Amazing potential. Now inconsistent sleep tanks testosterone GH pulses recovery and nutrient partitioning so you'll stay skinny instead of recomping if you dont fix your sleep. The following is my advice for the sleeping sect: lock 8-9 hours of sleep every single night with the absolute same schedule. Now you have to optimize your diet for recomp try intaking 300-500+ calories surplus over maintenance. Consume high protein (1.8/2.2g/lb bodyweight) fats for hormones (0.4-0.5g/lb) and carbs timed around workouts. So focus mainly on whole foods as eggs beef chicken rice oats potatoes veggies and fruits. Now I'd also tell you to prioritize compounds + progressive overload in order to maximize your frame the following is my advice for that: get in 4-5x/week full-body or upper/lower split. The main key things that you should focus on are pull ups/chin-ups pushups/diamond-push-ups dips pike push-ups/handstand work for shoulders inverted rows squats/lunges deadlift variations also work well for this (Romanian with backpack). The volume for you should be 3-4 sets 8-15 reps with additions of weight/reps weekly and the additive of farmer carries/walks for traps/neck. You should see wider clavicles/shoulders thicker neck/traps better posture which makes you look way more dominant and proportional. Do this for around 6-12 months with creatine and you'll boom. Now towards your demand upon facial aesthetics here I would recommend hard chewing and hard mewing so your tongue is fully on the roof of your mouth 24/7 whilst pushing as hard as you can against your palate. Now for the hard chewing chew falim/gum for 1-2hrs/day on BOTH sides of your molars if you dont chew on both sides you will objectively end up asymmetrical. Now to my advice that will work instantaneously if you're desperate and want to be a fraud get a black eyeliner pen concealer and a small blending brush (you use your finger but I highly recommend the blending brush) after you get all of those items stand infront of a mirror feel your actual jawline bone and trace from under your ear down to the chin angle. Take the eyeliner pen and draw a very thin light line just under the jaw bone (in the shadow area) following the natural contour from ear to chin. Now extend slightly forward to the front of the jaw/chin for more square definition (as preferred of course.) Afterwards blend it immediately downward into the neck with your finger or brush and smudge it so that it looks like a natural shadow much rather than makeup the goal here would be to deepen the existing shadow under the jaw for a more angular and appealing look (for your first time trying it I highly recommend hitting the pen lightly.) Now onto my concealer based advice since your sleep is inconsistent im assuming you have some puffiness/darkness under your eyes so the way you're going to want to proceed with this is to dab concealer (a pea sized amount) under each eye what you're going to want to do here is focus on the inner corner and the darkest areas (tear trough to mid-cheek.) Use your ring finger to pat/blend gently (DO NOT RUB IT) to build layers for natural coverage. Now i'll give you an optional item that you can do with your concealer in the following get a tiny dot of concealer in inner corner (medial canthus) + a subtle brown eyeliner smudge on lower waterline for contrast. Have fun!
