How do I ascend? (Ratings or tips helpful)

Im 14 y/o male, 5'0 and 95 lbs, 22% body fat percentage with no growth spurt so far. I would say I'm sub 5 with okay genetics. I have very intermediate beginner muscles, ive been doing light working out since the start of the school year last august with little motivation. I'd rather not take peptides as I don't have an income, but I could probably get items like oral minoxidil as they're not crazy expensive but either way, I'd still appreciate tips about which peptide might be good for me. I'm a nose breather with a asymmetrical face + I sleep on my side. ANY tips will help, even if it is a rating. ty.

Realistically, Just hit puberty.

Play a sport for exercise and body (I rq wrestling bc it's fair to smaller guys). You look really greasy though, so make sure you're washing your hair and face, basic stuff.

alr. I do running. Should I still do more? I run a few miles everyday.
 
Running is hard on your joints and gives you that "Runner physique". Even still, if it's what you enjoy you will lose more weight doing it than you would something you hate.
