Your mandibular angle is just high which causes less chin projection like @Orc said.

If you really wanted, in the future, you can get jaw angle implants to improve your mandible. And perhaps something else to get more chin projection. But not really necessary.

I mean you are clearly recessed and mandible is done growing for the most part by the age of 12 so it won't get better. You need bimax for health issues that will come later on if you don't fix now. Sleep apnea is no joke

If you want to call a shorter ramus and unideal chin projection recessed, sure. But he is nowhere near a point where he'd get "sleep apnea" or serious health problems JFL.

No recession in the mandible doesn't need to cause sleep apnea whatsover to be fair. But he should be aware atleast, and I want a rela Frankfurt plane pic to really see

His maxilla isn't recessed at all. He's sufficiently forwardly grown, and you can tell from the front and side.

His mandible sure, it suffers from an unideal ramus and unideal chin projection. But I'm assuming his bite is normal, and he suffers from no functional problems.

If he gets Bimax at this point, he will be Dogmaxxed with no additional functional improvement.
Hardmaxxing wise, he could improve from jaw angle implants / genio or chin implant. But he already looks good enough, it's up to him if he wants that additional improvement.

Ur palate is wide enough you don’t need palatal expander or thumb pulling as it sometimes causes asymmetry and this type of asymmetry will impact ur eyes too as it is directly connected to ur cheekbones which is also directly connected to ur canthal tilt ur face is wide enough
If ur 15 PALATAL EXPANDER will lock the back of ur jaw and actually prevent forward growth im pretty sure that’s why they do it for only one month in children
