Your mandibular angle is just high which causes less chin projection like @Orc said.

If you really wanted, in the future, you can get jaw angle implants to improve your mandible. And perhaps something else to get more chin projection. But not really necessary.

Get some more forward growth via getting test and having a good posture then get palate expander then I’m set for life then get leg lengthing surgery then chase kids at night get arrested then get bailed out (Meeks method) then be rich and be like p diddy

His maxilla isn't recessed at all. He's sufficiently forwardly grown, and you can tell from the front and side.

His mandible sure, it suffers from an unideal ramus and unideal chin projection. But I'm assuming his bite is normal, and he suffers from no functional problems.

If he gets Bimax at this point, he will be Dogmaxxed with no additional functional improvement.
Hardmaxxing wise, he could improve from jaw angle implants / genio or chin implant. But he already looks good enough, it's up to him if he wants that additional improvement.

Depends on what you mean by "slight". A normal bite is where the front teeth are supposed to slightly overlap the bottom teeth, by like 1-2mm.
