How do I ascend

I’m 20, 5’8 128 lbs (growth plates haven’t closed yet as of a month ago). I just got brutally rejected by my mtb friend. I’m probably the epitome of a mtn, and I’m willing to do whatever it takes (besides surgery) to ascend to htn in a month or two. What should I do?

Once you've finished puberty, you won't see any significant changes to your face besides getting lean. And it sounds like you're underweight at 128lbs.

yeah i’ve been trying to gain ive went from being 5’6 and 100 lbs to 5’8 and 128 im pushing for 135 tbh

i would have thought hgh, igf1 and test. As well as facial implants

Surgeries can really improve the quality of life. If you're worried about friends and family judging you, remember that it's your body, and your life to live. Do what you want to make the best of the life you have (when you're financially independent, of course).

ur plates arent closed? hard to believe but hop on hgh + test asap to crunch out all thats left of ur growth

yeah it’s insane i grew from 4’3 to 5’6 from age 11-14 then 5’6-5’8 at 19 so i got them checked right before turning 20 because my doctors were confused
