Hello, I just want to know how chopped i am since everyone calls me chopped and i get rated ltn or sub3. Im 15 and im 6’1 no shoes, but im severely underweight at 65kg. Could someone please tell me how i can ascend? I seriously will do anything it takes to ascend. I attached my front and side profile and my jawline attached. I would appreciate advice about how to bulk up too

What you wanna do is go into a caloric surplus of about 3000 calories mostly lean meats and good fats and carbs. On your training days you want to train with heavy weight within the 6-8 rep range and on your training days which will be about 4-5 day a week you’ll have a higher carb intake and after every workout do 30 minutes of walking or cardio to target fat burn hope this helps

3k? i usually eat 4k worth of calories in a day, is that bad?

it's not over brah ur 6'1 without shoes, height halo is real.

You WILL need surgery to ascend though, so be prepared for that

my dad had a long face with no forward or wide growth when he was in his puberty years (hes 181) and then he said it grew out later do i trust the genetics and hope my face widens and goes forward or do i actually start hardmaxxing?

100% honest advice:

1. Pubertymaxx, ur 15 and you should be doing everything in your power to maximize the gains of puberty in terms of facial development. There are many threads about this on here that you can read up on. This should be the number 1 priority as of right now.

2. Softmaxx, just do simple shit like clearing up the acne, get a skincare routine going, get rid of the eyebags, etc. You say ur underweight so yeah i wouldnt recommend leanmaxxing, especially considering your 15 in puberty and trying to gain muscle. So i would recommend getting on a diet that is optimal for facial development but also for gaining muscle. There are many guides on here for this. Then later on when you have started to gain muscle and when you are satisfied, thats when you can start to leanmaxx and debloat your face. There is alot of info on here for this as well.

3. Hardmaxxing, if im going to be 100% honest with you, if you want to truly ascend its not going to be possible through natural means. Yes you can make big amounts of progress through natural means and you should not rot thinking its over, because its not. Go do step 1 and 2 right now and lock in with that and it will give you lots of confidence and make you realize that you can make natural progress and look better that way. But your going to want to set yourself up for future hardmaxxing procedures. So in order to save time i would try to get a job right now and save up money (unless your parents are rich and chill with paying for hardmaxxing but yeah). Your 15 so luckily you have alot of time and if you start now you will be ahead of the game and be able to hardmaxx at like 18-20. So yeah make sure you have the money by then because it will be quite expensive.

As for the procedures, i would say wait with researching it because you need to let puberty make your face grow, etc. And if your in this community, and when you eventually get xrays of your face, and do a consult with a surgeon, you will know what to get. So there is no point in me giving you hardmaxxing advice right now as your 15 years old. Just go through puberty and wait and set yourself up, but keep it in the back of your head that you most likely will hardmaxx later on in life. Whats important right now is that you set yourself up money wise, by the time your like 18-20. Because otherwise youll have to work for it yourself later on which is going to delay things by alot.

Mindset wise: just do step 1 and 2 and save up money, thats really all. Dont sit in bed rotting all day thinking "oh its over until i hardmaxx" because thats bullshit. Dont wait with living life until then but instead start living it right now. Contrary to popular belief on this forum, you dont need to look like henry cavill to live a happy and fulfilled life. You are avarage looking, and you have a good few years ahead of you. So dont fall into the despair ideology of the BP because it is pure bullshit. The only thing you need to know is that looks matter and you should try to improve them, but while in the process of improving them you should also try to live your life as much as possible. Yueah
 
first time writing something like this idk i was just bored. btw for some positive remarks your eye area is actually quite good, and your hyoid is also really fkn snatched which is a mogger trait. And alot of people who get jaw surgery with snatched hyoids before and up with good results after as well. So yeah you actually have quite good potential i would say, its mostly your lower third and midface thats not as good.
