Getting leaner is the most important concern rn, in the mean time read some literature about softmaxing. Never fall for those peptides/roids retards who have pea sized balls. Keep it simple

exfoliate your lips, grow out your eyelashes, and just consider surgery for your nose, its your biggest failo (aside from philtrum length)
lean down and you'll see a pretty decent improvement in looks
