zero infas causing those eye bags and colour, your hair is the basic grade 7 brown boy but thats an easy fix just have a look at haircuts that WORK FOR UR HAIR TYPE and work towards that
ur face lacks overall definition which can be fixed with lower bf%
u genuinely have good potential if you do some pretty basic soft maxs

I live in Aus which has a lot of brown lads and they all grow a goatee which looks better than cleanly shaven (frauds philtrum and chin mostly)
speaking from my experience he will likely look better with a goatee

The goatee doesnt look good for everyone and it requires low bf, i would only get it if i had a bad looking chin or to give the impression of a wider one

def requires a slim face, but one of my best mates is Indian lean face and when I tell you it is OVER FOR HIM, unless his has a stache or goatee im not joking
