So I'm 14 and 4 months (born in January) male and I really want to ascend right before highschool. I'm a chud and I think I would be lucky to be lmtn by some. by no means do I think i'm mtn and I think I may even be sub 5. I don't have very bad genetics, atleast in my bone shape. I am 5'0 at 14 and I haven't hit my growth spurt yet. That might be cope but all signs of my growth spurt have not been there. I am at the start of puberty maybe even closer to mid but no growth spurt. I really don't know much about anything, whether related to actual science with growth spurts or anything looksmaxxing related. I'm really just a TikTok watcher who actually wants to be more attractive. moving on from my rant about my puberty, I kinda just wanna know what I can do to ascend. I'm a cross country runner and my genetics for endurance are amazing, not speed though. I have very low speed. I'm 95 lbs and kinda just estimating that I have a 22% body fat percentage with a really bad craving for anything unhealthy or just snackable. I really have no muscles, my shoulders, back and biceps are basically non-existent, or atleast intermediate level, I've been trying to workout my abs and they're alright, I can do a few correct pushups(Military) but no pullups. WHAT do I do? I really wanna ascend before freshman year, also I'd really rather NOT take peptides or any other drugs or growth hormones, especially not steroids, I would love to be clean from anything like that. I also don't have an income yet, if I get a job I could get around 1.5k after working 2 months so that's kinda why any peptide is out the way as they're too expensive and I don't have any money. My face is asymmetrical but not insane. I have very rounded cheeks and by no means do I have hollow cheeks. I know I'm still in development but I really don't wanna hear that. I'm open to any tips as long as it's not about using any drug / growth hormone or having to take a $50,000 surgery just to fix my jawline or nose. Please give tips, whether about fitness, how to lean, a workout program, or especially how to fix my asymmetry or my weak jawline or chubby cheeks. I'm also not a mouth breather but my mouth does hang open especially during sleep, I sleep on my side which is probably the reason for my asymmetrical face simply because I like cannot sleep on my back.
