u look so russian. u cant get rid of facefat, u can only lose fat overall. get on a calorie deficit and consider taking reta. u cant really softmax ur eyes but try to not take pictures from a downward angle to fraud ur upper eyelid exposure. try using hydrocortisone (there`s a botb thread on it) it might work on shrinking your nose. it also seems like you have a lazy eye. read a botb thread on how to fix that as well

Nose reduction with hydrocortisone there are threads abt it,die hair eyebrows and tan a little for contrast,bonesmash and take vit d3 and k2 with it,sleep more,hard chew mastic gum for masseter
