I'm not exactly a genius, but your earlier posts said you're 14? Chances are you are going to grow a lot. I wouldn't say to start any stacks right now, especially since you're probably not playing around with enough money to buy anything meaningful at your age. However, there is things you can do to help your genetics do the best with what they got.
First big one is skin care, try to get on top of that before it gets bad, I didn't and it did. Try to have your morning routine include a moisturizer with SPF in it because the sun will destroy your skin.
Exercise, that's a big one I know, I can't claim to know what the one hundred percent best method is, but I can promise you that you'll need a mix of cardio and resistance training throughout the week to help your body fill out. But, if you are going to be lifting those larger weights make sure you keep good form or else you might develop weird.
Try to maintain a protein rich diet if possible, if you are training a lot I would consider trying to live by this formula: your weight in kgs X 0.8 = your daily protein intake in grams. If you do this, please be training, and your bones will thank you for giving them the tools they need to develop.
Finally, sleep bro! Sleeping is when your body does a lot of its developing, so kind of a big one!
But all in all, this is just advice man. Genetics are the biggest factor, I've known dudes who ate like shit and never slept right in their life grow to staggeringly tall heights whilst people who lived by the books never breached six foot. However, if you wanna maximize your chances, go for it. Once you're 16-18, if you haven't seen development you want, come back and there's some good forums on what stacks are worth taking.
