ARBs can help minimize the risk of LVH and statins can help keep TC, HDL, LDL and triglycerides in normal levels, keep in mind that the correct doses and adjustments should come from constant blood tests, blood pressure tests and looking clossly for heart rate changes. Also keep in mind that those meds solve some problems but create others you have to check stuff like kidney function and there are some things that you can not check and prevent such as brain damage. I would agree with the caption in the photo "Steroids are NOT worth it".

I have spend 1 year studying about that stuff and no matter what you take to minimize damage, damage will happen and will slowly accumulate based on the steroid, the dose, the duration of the cycle, how many cycles you run, genetics, conditions and other stuff too
