How do i avoid tret purge?

I can't really afford for my skin to become noticeably worse for any length of time.

Is avoiding the tret purge completely even a possibility or can you only mitigate it slightly with sandwich method or whatever?

maybe if you apply js a lil bit at first and work your way up. i haven’t looked into it.
