how do i be less insecure about my skin

its mild-moderate scarring and i can't stand it, it only reduces about 0.25-0.325 from my rating (not super significant) but i can't even bare to look at myself in the mirror because of this despite still being a HTN - also i feel like people always look at it (they don't but it feels that way)
