Get a brass knuckle and get some bigger gloves and wear them, now that it's winter and just throw a punch. Make sure to not put ur thumb in your punch when you do it, and make sure to make a noise or something when you hit but not a bitch moan so it hurts more. And if he rushes you first hit him in the ankle as hard as you can with your leg
