I’m not a BAD person, like psychopath wise that’s fucked. But I feel as tho I fuck everything up a lot of times. I try to be nice to everyone but I end up insulting them because I’m a blackpilled incel. So can someone give me any tips on how to not be a insecure loser and actually start contributing more towards the people around me and showing acts of kindness instead of having the reputation of being a mean person who fucks everything up?

No I’m not saying TRYING to be nice, I want to change for the better so that my natural instinct is to be nice not to force it. By all means I’m not a MEAN person but it always ends up like that.

well in terms of looks, it doesn’t matter day to day. I go to music school so the people around me sees past my looks. I could be Chad and still get treated the same way. But I’m not a sub5 chud. It’s just that 2 years in a row now I’ve managed to get to comfortable around people. Slipping up and saying stupid things to stupid people because I’ve assumed that they have the same sense of humor or jargon as me but it always end up fucked.

Yeah it's best to be neutral towards people when you can. Being overly nice is just going to make people view you as weak and an easy target. Being less nice as I got older never got me a gf or friend group, but it did make people leave me alone mostly which is better than them acting shitty towards you
