How do I become a janitor if every janitor job requires a year of experience?

You could volunteer first as a janitor to some orphanage, asylum, shelter, etc.
Then, you might get lucky and be hired at some small company. Only after that you can apply to a more prestigious institution like a school.
So, you see, it's a gradual process, you need time to build a career, after decades of experience you might even get to work as a janitor at Harvard, NASA, The White House, etc - the sky is the limit!

gotta become a janitor underling first. i was one for a couple months. one of the janitors took a liking to me and took me under his wing so he could spend the day screaming at me about the most mundane shit. imagine a 90IQ alcoholic bossing me, a 150IQ ubermensch around. it was terrible. then the next year i got the same job except no supervision and two of my friends. ran around the school fucking shit up. got fired on the first day for leaving a note in a hot teacher's desk. she was supposed to be gone for the summer, but she was dating the principle, so she came in and found the note. i still get pangs of embarrassment thinking back on it and it was like 20 years ago.
