How to find a job with no references?

So this is actually a legitimate question that I’m actually looking for real answers to. I have zero references. Every single job I’ve had I’ve been fired from. The worst part is that usually my bosses start off nice and welcoming. But as they add more and more responsibilities to my plate, I start getting more and more overwhelmed and autistic. Then they slowly get less and happy with me until I eventually get fired.

So how do you get a job with no references? I’m going to apply for several janitor jobs. But several of them are with local school districts and those obviously require references. But even the one at the grocery store wants references too. So what do I do?
