Yea I'm not a twink that's what I want to be like what kind of cardio what do you recommend my arms are skinny I just have rhsy typical fat kid lost weight physique

anything just get some steps in. incline treadmill, walk outside it doesn't really matter

work out and build some muscle too even if you wanna be a twink sounds like your fat distribution is shit so building muscle will help w that

Foodscale to track cals would be the easiest most accurate way. otherwise you could just do 1 to 2 small meals everyday. Assuming you dont have access to glp1s or actual appetite supressants js drink caffeine and for cardio you can just go for walks. If you have access to gym then incline treadmill is better. Moving more and eating less and if you dont want to lose muscle eat high protein. Thats losing weight simplified goodluck

Alright yea I usually have around 1 meal a day at lunch time it's always either pasta, rice, noodles with chicken and steak and then with whatever sauce they use but I gotta start drinking coke zero in stead of the regular thing and do more cardio

You might need to work out to tone the muscles and stuff then. You dont need to actually build more muscle since thats not your goal. + you should see if getting leaner gets rid of it or not.

You have to chain smoke to fit those hedis.
You cannot drink beer or sodas. Every alcohol you drink must be clear and every drink has to have aspartame. Also, abuse stimulants for that appetite suppression. Do intermittent fasting as well. Of course get your mineral balance up. Easy

Consume nusalt for the potassium, it’s literally concentrated potassium.
Get some magnesium in that ho. eat your seeds and nuts like almonds, Brazil nuts and sunflower seeds. Eat your meat too, it don’t matter if it’s cow or salmon. Don’t eat pork.
Salt is water. Every thing practically has sodium. Just drink as much water as you can (2L minimum). Don’t drink reverse osmosis purified water. The purification process practically removes the mineral content of the water you would see in spring or artesian water.
Aside from that, DO STIMULANTS. Intermittent fasting and eating your maintenance calories 1-2 twice a week is needed. Don’t do cardio, cardio is for slaves.
