I started posting my looksmaxxing journey on TikTok under @BMP but I’ve honestly been thinking about stopping because I get made fun of almost every time I post.
When I started, I was around 5’4½” and 145 lbs. Now I’m around 5’6” and 130 lbs. I’ve been going to the gym consistently for about 3 months, usually 5–6 times a week, eating pretty clean most of the time, and getting around 9–11 hours of sleep every night.
I’ll be honest though: my eating hasn’t always been consistent. Sometimes I’ve tried to eat way too little, and other times I’ve eaten pretty poorly. Most days I’ve been around 1,500 calories, but I’m not sure if that’s actually appropriate for me because I’m still 15 and growing.
About a month ago, I had a wellness visit with my doctor. I asked about HGH and whether I should get my IGF-1 levels checked because I was worried about my height. My doctor told me that my growth pattern is normal for my age and that he didn’t see a medical reason for HGH or an IGF-1 test. He also said my projected adult height was around 5’8”. My mom is 5’4” and my dad is 5’8¾”.
Honestly, I took that really hard. I cried on the way home and begged my parents to let me get HGH somewhere else because I became really worried about my height.
My parents refused, but later my dad got me Tesamorelin. I took it for about two weeks and then ran out. After stopping, I noticed acne on my chest, so I went back to my doctor. A month after my original appointment, I measured around 5’6”, even though my sleep, exercise, and eating had stayed pretty similar.
Now I’m confused about what I should actually be doing. I’ve been wondering about HGH and anastrozole for height, but I don’t want to make a decision that could hurt my growth or health.
I also don’t know whether I should keep posting my journey or just stop and focus on myself for a while.
I’m going to post pictures from when I started compared with now. I’d genuinely appreciate advice on what I should focus on at my age—especially nutrition, training, sleep, and healthy ways to improve my appearance without doing something stupid.
