Nothing else really you’d need to reasses how you would look after all that before anything else but they should come first because they address your biggest issues.

Other than that your a teenager just stay healthy and fit.

Honestly theres a chance. Scarring is more about skin types and propensity some people are more prone than others.
Theres a chance it may be somewhat visible due to the upturned nose, usually its small and hidden by the crease of the nose.
